100% scam.
There is no job, no legit company called USA payroll and NO the FBI does NOT give out a “license” or “right to trade” by the “United State Community”, whatever that is.
There is only a scammer trying to steal your hard-earned money and maybe your freedom.
The next email was from one of the scammer’s fake names and free email addresses and will demand YOU buy the software, check blanks and ink out of YOUR pocket. Then you print fake checks for the scammer, send them out on a stolen UPS/FedEx tracking number to his list of potential victims to cash and send the scammer their money via Western Union or moneygram.
Western Union and moneygram do not verify anything on the form the sender fills out, not the name, not the street address, not the country, not even the gender of the receiver, it all means absolutely nothing. The clerk will not bother to check ID and will simply hand off your cash to whomever walks in the door with the MTCN# and question/answer. Neither company will tell the sender who picked up the cash, at what store location or even in what country your money walked out the door. Neither company has any kind of refund policy, money sent is money gone forever.
Now that you have responded to a scammer, you are on his ‘potential sucker’ list, he will try again to separate you from your cash. He will send you more emails from his other free email addresses using another of his fake names with all kinds of stories of great jobs, lottery winnings, millions in the bank and desperate, lonely, sexy singles. He will sell your email address to all his scamming buddies who will also send you dozens of fake emails all with the exact same goal, you sending them your cash via Western Union or moneygram.
Do you know how to check the header of a received email? If not, you could google for information. Being able to read the header to determine the geographic location an email originated from will help you weed out the most obvious scams and scammers. Then delete and block that scammer. Don’t bother to tell him that you know he is a scammer, it isn’t worth your effort. He has one job in life, convincing victims to send him their hard-earned cash.
Whenever suspicious or just plain curious, google everything, website addresses, names used, companies mentioned, phone numbers given, all email addresses, even sentences from the emails as you might be unpleasantly surprised at what you find already posted online. You can also post/ask here and every scam-warner-anti-fraud-busting site you can find before taking a chance and losing money to a scammer.
6 “Rules to follow” to avoid most fake jobs:
1) Job asks you to use your personal bank account and/or open a new one.
2) Job asks you to print/mail/cash a check or money order.
3) Job asks you to use Western Union or moneygram in any capacity.
4) Job asks you to accept packages and re-ship them on to anyone.
5) Job asks you to pay visas, travel fees via Western Union or moneygram.
6) Job asks you to sign up for a credit reporting or identity verification site.
Avoiding all jobs that mention any of the above listed ‘red flags’ and you will miss nearly all fake jobs. Only scammers ask you to do any of the above. No. Exceptions. Ever. For any reason.
If you google “fake check printing job”, “fraud Western Union money mule scam” or something similar you will find hundreds of posts from victims and near-victims of this type of scam.

100% scam.
There is no job.
There is only a scammer trying to steal your hard-earned money.
The next email will be from another of the scammer’s fake names and free email addresses pretending to be the “secretary/assistant/accountant” and will demand you cash a large fake check sent on a stolen UPS/FedEx billing account number and send most of the “money” via Western Union or moneygram back to the scammer posing as the “supply company” while you “keep” a small portion. When your bank realizes the check is fake and it bounces, you get the real life job of paying back the bank for the bounced check fees and all the bank’s money you sent to an overseas criminal.
Western Union and moneygram do not verify anything on the form the sender fills out, not the name, not the street address, not the country, not even the gender of the receiver, it all means absolutely nothing. Neither company has any kind of refund policy, money sent is money gone forever.
When you refuse to send him your cash he will send increasingly nasty and rude emails trying to convince you to go through with his scam. The scammer could also create another fake name and email address like “FBI@ gmail.com”, “police_person @hotmail.com” or “investigator @yahoo.com” and send emails telling you the job is legit and you must cash the fake check and send your money to the scammer or you will face legal action. Just ignore, delete and block those email addresses. Although, reading a scammer’s attempt at impersonating a law enforcement official can be extremely funny.
Now that you have responded to a scammer, you are on his ‘potential sucker’ list, he will try again to separate you from your cash. He will sell your email address to all his scamming buddies who will also send you dozens of fake emails all with the exact same goal, you sending them your cash via Western Union or moneygram.
You could post up the email address and the emails themselves that the scammer is using, it will help make your post more googlable for other suspicious potential victims to find when looking for information.

Thomas asks…
Can someone refer me to a legit safe paid online surveys?
I was recently close with someone who was temporarily out of work. He spoke to me about how his friend referred him to a website that gave him safe and legit surveys to fill out. He said he got paid $100 dollars from them. The money came in the mail and everything. He did say he had to fill out TONS of surveys but it was indeed legit and came through with what it promised which was money for filling out surveys. I personally know most of these are scams and instead of money they try to pull that whole point system on you. Where you accumulate a certain amount of points and redeem them for gift cards (or so they say). Anyhow I emailed him asking him to send me this website but around that same time his mother got very sick and he jetted to Puerto Rico, so at the moment I’m unable to get a hold of him. I work a 9-5 and need so extra income to pay off some bills. I get Lots of down time at work and was hoping that someone can please give me honest legit websites where they only pay you for filling out surveys. Not points or gift cards just money. Please only refer me to websites that you yourself have been on and experienced first hand. Thanks so much in advance.
@Josh, Thanks. I spent some time on that website and I really like it!!!!!!!!

kenspong answers:
Here is the info on the survey sites I use your certainly not going to get rich doing them, but if I am messing around on the internet I will do them in my free time. Do not give anyone your SSN there are lots of sites out there that are legit and they do not need this info from you. Nor do you have to pay to join.
My favorite is Pinecone Research. You have to have an invitation to join though. So look around for some on the internet and you’ll find one usually. They send one or two surveys a month. All surveys are pretty short and at least $3 each. They are great though cause you will have a few days or a week to answer the survey if you don’t check your email religiously. Then they send a check in the mail pronto or you can choose to have it put in a paypal account.
Survey savvy has a great referral program if you know people who will join you get money for surveys they complete also. Once you decide to get your payout you just request it and you get a check in the mail in a few weeks.
I have also tried American Consumer Opinion. They pay by check in mail for each survey completed (the ones I did were $4-5 each, but I have not been able to complete many of their surveys (very few).
Surveyspot has tons of surveys most of which you only get an entry into a drawing (which I have never won). However they do have many paid surveys also. You can just go to their site everyday and answer surveys you don’t have to wait for them to be emailed to you (they are also emailed to you).
I was a member of your2cents, which became toluna. Someone above mentioned it. I have had a few problems with it recently and may “unsubscribe”. I have spent time completing the surveys and then they never show up and credit me my points. This has happened 3 times in past month. They send a TON of surveys tho and I have gotten a check in mail from them so I think overall they are legit.
Most pay a few dollars per survey completed so it is best to use several. You also need to be a regular email checker because if you don’t respond to the survey fast enough they have met their quota.
If you would like to give me a referral credit use the link in my profile for survey savvy and the other sites I use are listed there as well. Good Luck!

NOPE. You never need to PAY to get a job. Scam, girl.
Contact some local companies, see if they need any secretarial work that could be done at your home. Or put notices up at a community college or university that you will type research papers.
